Spiritual Creating Wealth
A famous billionaire once said that even ordinary streets are paved with gold if only one will spend the time to see why. Everyone could make wealth but the problem often is that a person is too preoccupied with negativity that the eye fails to see.
The following are misplaced belief systems that are firmly established in the human psyche that blinds the eye hindering the possibility of creating wealth.
The creation of wealth is directly proportional to the amount of hard work that a person is willing to take.
At the start yes, there is no substitute for that. After all, the person that desires to create more wealth will have to conceptualize, experiment, study and will, on many occasions be willing to make mistakes to learn more. Once the hard part is over, (for the most part it takes only a while) the person could hire hands to do the working for him. There is no one person on earth who is a depository of all knowledge after all. When that happens all that the entrepreneur has to do is provide directions based on lessons learned.
To amass wealth, you have to be in the right business.
But truly, what is right business and what is not? This principle drives people crazy. When the internet caf for example was just starting, everyone scrambled to dip their fingers to have one. The result is to slice the pie thinner every time that ultimately results into weakened earning potentials for everyone concerned. Instead, start a business from things that you love most doing. The interest will be sustained that will be needed when encountering rough times. Even when a craze is started because of that, no one will do it better than the person who started it.
You cannot start a business without enough capital.
Again what is enough capital? There are businesses, lots of them that started from nothing. Capital is needed whenever available but when the idea is there, the enthusiasm and the energy is capital enough. No successful businessman today started with large capital. In fact most of them started with almost nothing. Big businesses are mostly inherited but they too started from almost nothing.
The idea has to be right.
Agreed, but if someone keeps on looking for it, a good idea will start somehow somewhere. The best person to be looking for ideas is the self. The things that the person loved doing or the make believe that the person enjoys when still a child is sufficient material for an idea.
Education is needed to start a business.
Wrong. Education is needed when seeking employment. When starting a business, goodwill is good enough. All successful businessmen for the last two hundred years were dropouts, have little education, or are simple sturdy people who refused to be satisfied with whatever chance and fortune came their way.
I am too old is again another fallacy.
Many businesses have been established and made successful from retirement money. Age though has obvious limitations. The person may not be able to enjoy most of the fruits of the labor but who cares. When there is the desire to succeed, success it will be.
More than any of these, there should be a desire to do well. Successful businesses that lasted are anchored on that. It is the desire to make a change for the better. To spot a need and to fill that need is easy; to create wealth from filling the need is easier too. To maintain goodwill that aligns us all with every ideal that is best in us is not.

Fat Belly-Crude But True
Many people have difficulty losing their fat belly, nothing is more frustrating than to get your motivation up, find the perfect diet and exercise program for you and then not lose and ounce. Some people may actually have a metabolic issue that makes it virtually impossible to lose weight, but not many.
For most of us the harsh reality is that we are just not being as good as we think we are. There are a few simple things you can do that will help keep you honest in your weight loss journey.
For one thing, it’s amazingly easy to lie about what we have eaten in any given day. There have been times when I would have sworn I was good, until my spouse will remind me of that pastry I had at lunch or all the cream and sugar I put in my coffee. We do not mean to lie to ourselves, we just are so busy we do not pay attention.
To keep yourself on track, simply keep a food journal. This is a very real way to keep tabs on yourself. For the next fourteen days, write down every single thing that you eat or drink. You have to be honest and you have to write down every last bit. Even that second glass of soda at lunch and the two pats of margarine you put on your toast.
If you do this for two weeks, you will quickly be able to spot the times of the day and the areas in your diet where you always screw up. Once you pinpoint the reasons you have difficulty losing your fat belly you can make changes that will help you achieve your goals much more quickly.
The same principle can apply to when you work out. Again, it is easy to think that you are working harder than you really are. Just like the food journal, keep a workout journal so it is harder to convince yourself that you have done something you really haven’t. Not only can you track the number of times you go to the gym but you can also track how long you spent on the treadmill or rode the stationary bike. Write down how many exercises you did for your upper body, how many you did for your lower body, etc.
You can also keep track of how much weight you used for each exercise. Ideally, you should increase your weight after every few workouts. It is important to challenge yourself so you do not get bored. By changing up the weights you lift as well as the exercises you do, you will keep your body guessing. This will help you get better results in a shorter time frame.
Working all of the major muscle groups with more than one exercise is ideal. By mixing up the exercises you do for each group you are keeping your toning efforts in high gear. Another benefit is that the different exercises will target each muscle group in a slightly different way which can also decrease many of the repetitive motion types of injuries to your body.
I don’t mean to be the bearer of bad news, but usually when someone has difficulty losing their fat belly it really is more about what they are doing, or not doing, than about any metabolic issue with their body.

Three Day Diet Menu
You don’t have to watch the evening news to know that there is a growing obesity problem. Perhaps that’s why there are so many new diets being released all the time. Some of those diets work better than others, but not every diet works for everybody. That being said, there are some diets that work for most people; for example any plan that includes a 3 day diet menu can be quite effective.
It should be noted that there is no single 3 day diet. Instead, it’s a whole diet category. A few of the more popular examples include the 3 Day Grapefruit Diet, Cleveland Clinic Diet, Mayo Clinic Diet and the Tuna and Water Diet.
Each one has a different menu, but they all work on the same principle: that you can lose a lot of weight in three days if you restrict your calories enough. Of course there is more to it than that, as you will see.
You should always consult with your personal doctor before starting any diet program. Sure, a 3 day diet menu doesn’t last that long, but you still need to make sure that you are able to go on the diet and that there aren’t any underlying health problems. Once you get approval you can start the diet.
No matter which 3 day diet you choose, it is vital that you follow it exactly, and that you stick to it for the entire three days. Each menu will be designed in such a way that all of the foods work together and deviating from the plan even slightly can prevent you from losing weight. Furthermore, you shouldn’t do a 3 day diet for more than three days, as they are not meant to be long-term weight loss solutions.
As mentioned earlier, there are several 3 day diets to choose from, but each one is a bit different. The key to choosing the right one is to be honest with yourself. Look at all of the foods you will be eating (and how often) and ask yourself if you like all of the foods. Again, it’s vital that you follow the diet exactly. To put it another way, if you know you won’t eat a certain food, then find another diet that you will like.
While a 3 day diet menu isn’t meant to be done for more than three days, you can lose a weight in that amount of time. You can stop there and enjoy the weight loss, or you can consider a jump start on a longer term diet plan. Either way, losing weight fast is a good motivator. You will be thinner, look better and feel great. So go ahead and find a diet that’s right for you…you’ll be glad you did.

The Secrets To Losing Weight Quickly
Being overweight is kind of funny in a way. It sort of creeps up on you. Sure, the scale may tell you that you have put on a few pounds over the years, but you don’t really notice it…until one day you see a picture of yourself or catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror. “When did this happen”, you think to yourself. Surely you can’t be that fat, but there’s the proof. However you put those pounds on, right now you just want to know the secrets to losing weight quickly.
It may sound obvious, but you need to know what those secrets are before you can start taking advantage if them. See, a lot of people think that weight loss just happens somehow. Maybe if they think positive thoughts or try something the weight will come off. Sorry, that just doesn’t work in the real world.
But why try to lose weight quickly in the first place? After all, the so-called experts say you shouldn’t lose any more than one or two pounds per week. the truth is that they are right, for the most part. However, that’s mainly for long-term weight loss. If you’re fairly healthy, and your doctor says it’s okay (always check with your doctor before making drastic changes to your eating or exercise habits), then losing more is fine.
One of the biggest reasons for looking for the secrets to losing weight quickly, is that you can see results that much sooner. If you only lose one or two pounds at a time, then it’s going to take a while before it’s really noticeable. On the other hand, if you lose five to ten pounds in the first two weeks, you will notice, and that can motivate you to stay on whatever program you choose. Then, after the initial burst of losing a lot of weight, you can go back to the more sustainable rate of losing one to two pounds per week.
You may have heard it before: 3,500 calories is the equivalent of one pound of body weight. Every diet that works, works because of this simple principle. They may try to hide what they’re doing behind some sort of gimmick (cabbage soup, anyone?), but the only way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you take in.
3,500 is a nice round number because it translates into 500 calories per day for one week. If you can cut you caloric intake by just 500 calories, then you will lose one pound in a week. That’s not fast weight loss, but it adds up to just over 50 pounds in a year. Now, if you can do enough physical activity to burn off 500 calories per day then that’s another pound, and you can shed about 100 pounds in a year.
This is what it comes down to: the secrets to losing weight quickly are to start off strong so you stay motivated, and to combine both diet and exercise to get double the results in the same amount of time.
