When it comes to weight loss stomach fat can be the most stubborn area of the body to lose. The stomach area is probably the area that has the most fat because it is the biggest area to begin with.

Keeping your metabolism stoked is also very important. To do this you will need to eat five to six small meals a day. Keep the calorie count right around 1200-1500 calories per day. This will allow you to effectively lose 1-2 pounds per week. This is the best way to go about losing weight the healthy way and being able to keep it off long term.
As for your diet, you need to concentrate your efforts on eating lean protein sources like chicken, fish, and eggs. Limit dairy foods to the non-fat or low-fat variety and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Stay away from the bad carbs that come in the form of breads and overly processed foods. Read your labels and do not let the fat calories total more than 25% of your total caloric intake for the day.
So, if you are taking in 1500 calories per day and eating six times per day then you would get approximately 63 calories from fat at each small meal. At 9 calories per gram of fat you would be able to eat something with a total of 7 grams of fat per meal to achieve the weight loss stomach fat reduction you want.

Stoke your metabolism by eating several small meals throughout your day. Your metabolism will begin to wake up and you will actually feel hungry again. Plan your day out so you can have what you need to eat right at your finger tips. If you need to cook a piece of chicken then cook several so they are right there for you and all you have to do is reheat them. Making things more convenient will be a great help losing weight.

If you want advice on belly fat loss exercise, I say to you just get moving. Any way you can, walking, running, biking, hiking. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as you keep doing it. Mix it up and try different things like swimming or boxing. Swimming and boxing are both great ways to lose fat quickly, especially the belly fat.
Great cardiovascular workouts, swimming and boxing will definitely make you feel like you have done something good for yourself. But you may want to start out a little slower right off the bat.
There are a lot of ways to get quick belly fat lose exercise. If you lead a sedentary lifestyle and are really out of shape, the way you should start is to walk. You might not think that walking would give you a good work out but if you are out of shape you will know you are working hard aboout ten minutes into your first walk. You may even feel some soreness the next day.
The best way to combat the soreness is to just get back out there and do the same thing that made you sore to begin with. If you ever played on a team back in high school you remember what it was like after the long summer off. Getting back to practice your coach would work you so hard that we could not hardly move you were so sore.

Pretty soon the muscle pain and stiffness would be gone and you and your team realized that if you keep doing what you need to do then you do not get sore anymore and you do get much stronger for your efforts. Remember wht coach always said, “No pain, no gain.”
Anyway, soreness can be considered a good thing. If your muscles get sore you know two things, you worked your butt off and it did not kill you. That that doesn’t kill you makes you stronger. So, work through the soreness and stiffness and soon you will be stronger, faster and able to get through your walks with no problem.
At this point you may need to increase the intensity at which you walk or add some other element to your work out because your body will not work hard enough if you continue to work out at the level you started at.
Maybe add running or jogging and free weights in to your daily routine. Make your walk a run/walk. Try walking for two minutes and then run for 30 seconds. Alternate walking and running. This is called interval training and is a great way to burn fat.
You will want to strengthen your core muscles. Your core muscles are the mid-section of your body and include your abdominal muscles, oblique muscles and lower to mid-back muscles.
These muscles help you maintain balance, not to mention help you with your posture. Get yourself an exercise ball and practice. A good core workout can be done quickly and easily on an exercise ball. They are available at your local department/discount store. To get quick belly fat lose exercise you need to concentrate on your core workouts and overall body conditioning.

If you are trying to lose weight and get in better shape you have many tools that can help you along. Some of them are offline like exercise equipment or supplements and some of them are online. One of those “tools” are weight loss chat rooms. I know this may not sound helpful but it can be.
This is what I mean: years ago, I was overweight after the birth of my children. I wanted to get into better shape so I joined a martial arts class.
That was a great idea since I really enjoyed it. But the problem was that I still needed more so I started working out at home on my home gym. That worked really well and I loved the way I felt and was definitely making progress. But what kicked everything into high gear was when I met a friend who became my workout buddy.
Having someone to keep me motivated and to work out with was really helpful. I really started to make a lot more progress from that point on. And that is what weight loss chat rooms can do for you too.
You can meet people and help each other stay motivated. Even if it is just exchanging your favorite chicken recipe or telling everyone about the great new fish recipe you found, it is a way for you to interact with people who are trying to accomplish the same thing you are.
There are many of these chat rooms online all you need to do is do a search. If you are fairly new to chat rooms though, I want to warn you that not everyone is who they say they are.
You do need to be careful that you don’t give out details about yourself that could cause trouble. Just keep the conversation revolving around weight loss, fitness, diet and health related issues and you can learn a lot of valuable information.
Some of these chat rooms may even be able to provide you with exercise plans. It’s a good idea to change up your routine every now and then. It will keep your body “guessing” which will amp up your results.
Asking others who are interested in fitness what they recommend for a workout might open you up to even more possibilities. This can be an online equivalent of a workout buddy.
Also, comparing notes on your progress can provide just the right amount of peer pressure to keep you from slacking off. When I was working out in the gym, knowing my workout buddy was “watching” made me work harder (not that she was really paying that much attention but I felt like she was and I didn’t want to look like I was being lazy!).
There are many benefits you can get from weight loss chat rooms. Everything from comparing recipes to exchanging exercise tips to just having someone help you stay motivated. It may be well worth your effort to find one or more chat rooms to join.
